One Stop Shop NJ is a campaign to allow consumers, like you, the choice of where to buy your beer and wine and spirits. Current New Jersey law prohibits most grocery stores from selling these products. Right now, Forty-five other states allow beer or wine sales in retail food stores. Why not New Jersey?

• There are two pieces of legislation before the New Jersey legislature which would permit more retail food stores to offer beer, wine and spirits for sale.

• You can get involved by telling legislators that you believe that New Jerseyans should have the choice and convenience of purchasing wine, beer and sprirts in all retail food stores.
• The primary supporter of One Stop Shop NJ is the New Jersey Food Council.
